Mr. Agamy has a diverse business area of expertise across North Africa and the Middle East.
As a legal consultant, Mr. Agamy has advised different multinational companies and organizations in different sectors and areas of practice, top of that is GE, DCARBON, Shell, Nestle, DHL, Aramco, Unilever, T-PAY, BznsBuilder, Orange, Emirates NBD, Joslin Diabetes Center of Harvard Uni, and others. He is demonstrating professionally with legal analysis and reasoning across legal statuary of regions and monitor disputes before Egypt Courts, CRCICCA, ICC, Dubai courts, and England & Wales Courts.
Mr. Agamy obtained his law degrees from Alexandria University and has been certified for “Contract Laws” from Harvard University; edX 2018, and has LL.M, in International Legal and Commercial Transactions; 2012 “AASTM accredited by University of HUDDERSFIELD, UK” with the thesis “Arbitration Role for settling Oil & Gas Disputes”.
Mr. Agamy has engaged and participated in a several workshops and training programs across the MENA region, he delivered many lectures to law students and legal department employees in different multinational companies, and Governmental Authorities.
